We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 30 day returns policy on all products purchased through our eBay store. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Please note we will not refund any Express postage you may have paid on the original order.
We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur and we will do our utmost to resolve them quickly. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible.
If there is a failed delivery attempt for any reason out of our control and the item is returned to us we will deduct £2.80 from any refunds for the cost of the return. If you would like the item resending we will charge you £2.30 for reposting.
If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can through the eBay messaging system with the word “Cancel” present in the subject line. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out. We cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled if you contact us after your purchase.
We will provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.
